Clive and Mavis through to Final
Clive and Mavis went through to the National Mixed pairs Finals at Leamington Spa on the 2nd September following a magnificent victory of 21-2 with two ends to go. Unfortunately they were knocked out in the first round. But, still great achievement in reaching the national finals. Well done Mavis and Clive (See pictures in Gallery)
Clive and Keith lost to Betchinley in the semi-finals L&SC Pairs championship. Good shot guys.
Success for Ladies at Bellingham Benevolent Triples
Congratulations to Jan Thomas, Lin Craddock and Linda Stephens for winning the Division 1 Bellingham Benevolent Triples today.
It was a fantastic day and our ladies triumphed over the 20 clubs who took part.
They won all of their matches and achieved the highest points difference to make themselves champions.
The event also raised £350 for the benevolent fund.
Unfortunately the Sidcup Fours (Tony Lush, Tony Mason, Clive and Andy Cheeseman) did not win their divisional semi-final, losing to a team of England internationals from Blackheath and Greenwich
Kent Unbadged Singles
Tony Lush went through to the final for the Kent Unbadged Singles but unfortunately lost. Hard luck Tony.
Sidcup wins Kent Divison 1 chance at quarter/semi finals
Clive Baugh, John Talbot and Keith Pearce won the Kent Division 1 finals in the triples. They now go onto the quarter and semi-finals looking to the finals at Halls.
WELL DONE TO ALL THE PLAYERS
